We have huge range of exhibitors confirmed for this year including venues large and small, hotels, corporate retreats, convention centres, wineries, activity operators, cruising companies, caterers, team building companies, theming companies – just to name a few. Buyers will be able to catch up with familiar faces and make new contacts. The list of exhibitors is being updated daily so keep checking the exhibitor list.

Seminar and Entertainment Programme

Following the success of last year’s event, Convene Auckland has nearly doubled in size, and will be held over two floors at SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre. NEW this year, and FREE for buyers to attend are our educational sessions:

– Millennium Hotels & Resorts Seminar Programme – Learn from the experts as they share with you their 10 minute top tips on organising events. Topics include: Sourcing the Right Venue, Reducing your Event’s Carbon Footprint, Utilising Technology, Tips on Successful Catering.

– Staging Connections Entertainment Profiles – try before you buy! Come and listen to MCs, Comedians, Speakers and other Entertainers so that you can make an informed choice about who you use for your next event.

Familiarisation Experience and Cocktail Function

Four Auckland familiarisation experiences are scheduled for buyers the day before the exhibition (April 6) following the success of the inaugural famil programme last year. Full details of the famil are available now. There are a limited number of spots available so check out the family options of Urban Auckland, North of the Bridge, Adrenalin Auckland and Clevedon Countryside and register now.

The family day will conclude with a buyer / exhibitor networking cocktail function at Auckland Museum’s Event Centre. This promises to be a stunning event sponsored by Orange Productions, Austin’s Food Design Events, Multi-Media Systems and Auckland Museum.
